Please view below proposed rules for the August 5th, 2026 Passaic County Democratic Committee Special Convention to select a candidate to run on the November 3rd, 2026 ballot to fill the unexpired term created by the resignation of Commissioner John Bartlett, through December 31st, 2027. Per New Jersey Statute, the rules must be adopted by a majority vote of credentialed members participating in the convention at that time.
